What does "ONEfor / 1 4" mean?

Note from the designer:

14 was my jersey number for my childhood ice hockey "career". I was on defense, which as you may know is responsible for protecting the opposition from scoring goals. It wasn't a flashy or impressive position, but without it, the whole team would fail. 14 to me is the idea that the without the individual effort, there is no team. And without a team, the individual cannot prosper. Therefore, "ONEfor" not only is a play on words containing the pronunciation of my hockey number, but a sneaky reference to the famous phrase "one for all". One individual living their life for the benefit of all.
